  • 2 pounds red potatoes cut into chunks
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped dill pickles
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, celery, and pickles.
  3. Add potatoes and mix until coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Chill before serving.
