  • 3 medium potatoes boiled and diced
  • 2 medium carrots boiled and diced
  • 1 cup peas boiled
  • 3 pickles diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  1. Boil potatoes, carrots, and peas until tender.
  2. Dice the boiled vegetables and pickles.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  4. Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
