Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ⅓ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Shape into patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties until browned on both sides.
Add beef broth to the skillet.
Mix cornstarch and water, then add to the skillet.
Simmer until the sauce thickens.
