Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon fillet skin removed, cut into chunks
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 3 medium Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Add the salmon chunks and cook until the salmon is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped fresh dill just before serving.
