Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon 14.75 oz, drained and flaked
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine salmon, onion, bread crumbs, egg, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties in the skillet until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
