Instructions
Pound the pork chops to about ¼ inch thickness.
Season with salt and pepper.
Dredge each chop in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry each chop until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels.
Assemble the sandwiches with rolls, lettuce, tomato, schnitzel, mayonnaise, and mustard.
