Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard

Instructions 

  1. Pound the pork chops to about ¼ inch thickness.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chop in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry each chop until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Assemble the sandwiches with rolls, lettuce, tomato, schnitzel, mayonnaise, and mustard.
