Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup diced bell pepper
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup diced ham
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Stir in cheese, bell pepper, onion, ham, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into greased muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are set.
  6. Let cool slightly before removing from tin.
