Main Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ¼ cup diced bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced onion
- ¼ cup diced ham
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Stir in cheese, bell pepper, onion, ham, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture into greased muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are set.
Let cool slightly before removing from tin.
