Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, shrimp, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and parsley.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
