Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta any short pasta
  • 1 cup Cooked Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Cooked Crab Meat flaked
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Olives sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley chopped

Dressing

  • 0.5 cup Olive Oil
  • 0.25 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, shrimp, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and parsley.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
