Seven Layer Salad Recipe

Salad Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas thawed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup cucumber sliced
- 1 cup red onion sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup bacon bits
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom of a large glass bowl.
Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
Next, add a layer of halved cherry tomatoes.
Follow with a layer of sliced cucumber.
Add a layer of sliced red onion.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the onion layer.
Top with bacon bits.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sugar together.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of the salad.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
