Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup red onion sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions 

  1. Layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom of a large glass bowl.
  2. Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
  3. Next, add a layer of halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Follow with a layer of sliced cucumber.
  5. Add a layer of sliced red onion.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the onion layer.
  7. Top with bacon bits.
  8. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sugar together.
  9. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of the salad.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
