Instructions
1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.
3. Add olive oil to the skillet and let it heat up.
4. Place the steaks in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
5. While the steaks are cooking, mix the softened butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.
6. Once the steaks are done, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
7. Top each steak with a dollop of garlic butter before serving.
