- 2 lb Beef chuck roast
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 6 Sandwich rolls
1. Place beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
2. Add beef broth, sliced onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Shred the beef with two forks and mix well with the juices.
5. Serve on sandwich rolls.
