Slow Cooker Beef Stew
A hearty and comforting beef stew made in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 3 pcs Carrots, sliced
- 4 pcs Potatoes, diced
- 1 pc Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 2 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine beef with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
2. Place the beef in the slow cooker. Add carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
3. Pour in the beef broth. Stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
