Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- to taste Salt and pepper
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Add chopped onion, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and cream of celery soup.
Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Shred chicken with two forks.
Stir in frozen peas and carrots.
Cut biscuit dough into small pieces and add to the slow cooker.
Cook for an additional 30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through.
