  • 1 cup Dried white beans soaked overnight
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 2 Celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beans are tender.
  3. 3. Remove bay leaf before serving.
