Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Allspice
  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg

Gravy

  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, pepper, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
  4. Transfer the browned meatballs to the slow cooker.
  5. In the same skillet, add flour to the drippings and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in beef broth and heavy cream. Cook until thickened.
  6. Pour the gravy over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
