- 8 oz Smoked Fish flaked
- 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Chives chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and hot sauce until smooth.
Fold in the smoked fish, chives, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
