- 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
