Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 whole Lime juiced
  • 1 whole Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 whole Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 whole Jalapeño sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add the tomatoes and jalapeño, cook for a few minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the shredded chicken, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
