Sous Vide Egg Bites Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, gruyere, etc.)
- ¼ cup cooked bacon or ham, chopped
- ¼ cup spinach, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
1. Preheat your sous vide precision cooker to 172°F (78°C).
2. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Stir in chopped bacon or ham and spinach.
4. Pour the mixture into mason jars, filling each about ¾ full. Seal jars lightly with lids.
5. Place jars in the sous vide water bath and cook for 60 minutes.
6. Remove jars from water bath and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
