- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts bone-in, skin-on
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Baste the chicken with BBQ sauce and continue to cook for another 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice char.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
