- 6 eggs hard-boiled
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- ¼ cup dill pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste
1. Chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and dill pickle relish.
3. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
