Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 can Spam
  • 2 sheets nori (seaweed)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. Slice Spam into 8 equal pieces.
  3. In a pan, combine soy sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  4. Add Spam slices and cook until caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Cut nori sheets in half.
  6. Place a slice of Spam on a piece of nori, add a scoop of rice on top, and wrap with nori.
  7. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
