Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Beef Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker. Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions.
