- 1 cup spinach fresh
- 1  banana ripe
- 1 cup milk any kind
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
- 1. Add spinach, banana, milk, and honey to a blender. 
- 2. Blend until smooth. 
- 3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
