  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 package Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained 10 oz package
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, and shredded mozzarella.
  3. Add the thawed and drained spinach, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.
