  • 2 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 200 g Steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 unit Onion sliced
  • 1 unit Bell Pepper sliced
  • 2 slices Cheese cheddar or provolone

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, cook the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  4. 4. Slice the steak thinly and assemble the sandwich with steak, onions, bell peppers, and cheese between the bread slices.
  5. 5. Toast the sandwich in the skillet until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
