Instructions
1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

4. Slice the steak thinly and assemble the sandwich with steak, onions, bell peppers, and cheese between the bread slices.
5. Toast the sandwich in the skillet until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
