Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add steak pieces and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add diced carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Pour in beef broth, add salt, pepper, and thyme. Bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
