  • 8 Banana peppers large
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Ground beef
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the banana peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, ground beef, shredded cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Stuff the banana peppers with the mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
