Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Submarine rolls
  • 200 g Deli meat (ham, turkey, or roast beef)
  • 4 slices Cheese (provolone or cheddar)
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Slice the submarine rolls in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of each roll.
  4. 4. Layer the deli meat, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and onion on the bottom half of each roll.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil.
  7. 7. Place the wrapped sandwiches on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven, unwrap, and serve warm.
