  • 2 cups Summer squash, diced
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add diced summer squash and vegetable broth.
