  • 4 sheets nori
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1 cup avocado sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber julienned
  • ½ cup carrots shredded
  • ¼ cup soy sauce for dipping

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay a sheet of nori on the sushi mat.
  2. 2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  3. 3. Arrange shrimp, avocado, cucumber, and carrots in a line across the center of the rice.
  4. 4. Roll the nori tightly using the sushi mat, starting from the bottom.
  5. 5. Slice the roll in half with a sharp knife.
  6. 6. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
