  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
  3. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to spread evenly. Cook until the edges are set and the bottom is golden, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook the other side until golden, about 1 minute more. Repeat with remaining batter.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
