Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rice Vinegar
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Water for cornstarch slurry

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, water, sugar, fish sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoon water to create a slurry.
  3. Slowly whisk the cornstarch slurry into the boiling mixture. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
