Pie Filling
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ cup milk
Pie Crust
- 1 9-inch pie crust pre-baked
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and milk. Mix until smooth.
Pour the sweet potato mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
