Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bulgur soaked in hot water for 15 minutes
  • 2 cups Parsley finely chopped
  • ½ cup Mint finely chopped
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the bulgur in hot water for 15 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the soaked bulgur, parsley, mint, tomatoes, and cucumber.
  3. 3. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. 4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
