Instructions
Combine soy sauce, water, mirin, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
If you want a thicker sauce, add the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and let cool.
