Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Shredded chicken cooked
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well.
  3. 3. Add the sliced mushrooms and shredded chicken. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the lime juice and remove from heat.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
