Tomato Mozzarella Salad
Simple and fresh salad with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Tomatoes sliced
- 200 grams Mozzarella Cheese sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. 
- 2. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving plate, alternating between them. 
- 3. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices. 
- 4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. 
- 5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
