Salad Ingredients
- 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles crushed, seasoning packets discarded
- 2 cups Coleslaw Mix
- 1 Red Bell Pepper thinly sliced
- 3 Green Onions chopped
- ½ cup Sliced Almonds toasted
- ¼ cup Sunflower Seeds
Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
- 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed ramen noodles, coleslaw mix, red bell pepper, green onions, sliced almonds, and sunflower seeds.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
