Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Bolillo rolls
  • 1 lb Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • ½ cup Queso fresco, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the bolillo rolls in half and toast them on a griddle until golden brown.
  2. 2. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each roll.
  3. 3. Add shredded chicken, avocado slices, lettuce, tomato, and queso fresco.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on the top half of each roll and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and press down gently.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
