- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 20 pieces Lumpia Wrappers
- 2 cups Oil for frying
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onion, cabbage, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto each lumpia wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the mixture, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a bit of water.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown and crisp, about 3-5 minutes per side.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
