Ingredients

  • 4 cups New Potatoes quartered
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Green Beans trimmed
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add potatoes and carrots, cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3. Add green beans and peas, cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot.
  5. 5. Add butter and heavy cream to the pot, stirring gently to combine.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
