Traditional Mexican Molletes Recipe
A simple and delicious traditional Mexican dish made with bolillo rolls, refried beans, and melted cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Bolillo rolls or French bread rolls
- 1 cup Refried beans
- 1 cup Shredded cheese like Oaxaca or Monterey Jack
- 1 Pico de gallo for topping
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the bolillo rolls in half lengthwise.
Spread a layer of refried beans on each half.
Top with shredded cheese.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with pico de gallo. Serve warm.
