- 2 cans Tuna drained
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Celery chopped
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce leaves separated
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped celery, and finely chopped red onion. Mix well.
2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Spoon the tuna mixture into the separated romaine lettuce leaves.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
