Main Ingredients
- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Celery finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, celery, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve hot.
