Turkey Carcass Soup Recipe
A hearty soup made from leftover turkey carcass, perfect for using up holiday leftovers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 Turkey carcass leftover from a roasted turkey
- 2 cups Carrots chopped
- 2 cups Celery chopped
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 8 cups Water
- 2 cups Leftover turkey meat shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 2 teaspoon Dried rosemary
1. Place the turkey carcass in a large pot and cover with water.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
3. Remove the carcass and strain the broth.
4. Return the broth to the pot and add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
5. Simmer for another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
6. Add shredded turkey meat, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
7. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning as needed.
