Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Push vegetables to the side and pour beaten egg into the wok. Scramble until cooked.
Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle chopped green onions. Mix well and serve hot.
