Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 piece Egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 pieces Green Onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Push vegetables to the side and pour beaten egg into the wok. Scramble until cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle chopped green onions. Mix well and serve hot.
