Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 8 pieces Taco Shells
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chickpeas, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until chickpeas are slightly crispy.
3. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
4. Fill each taco shell with chickpeas, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
