Quiche Ingredients
- 1 sheet Pie crust store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 cup Chopped vegetables spinach, bell peppers, onions
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
