Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g vermicelli noodles
  • 200 g shredded carrots
  • 200 g cucumber, julienned
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 50 g fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, basil)
  • 100 ml fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 chili red chili, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the vermicelli noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, minced garlic, and sliced chili. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, shredded carrots, julienned cucumber, bean sprouts, and fresh herbs.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the noodle mixture and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
